The purpose of this project is the construction of a thirty six-story hotel with total floor area of approximately 6450 m
2
located in Vanak Square - Tehran.
The structural system of underground stories is a combination of composite column (steel columns covered through concrete) with a total concrete deck (without beams) and the structural system of above ground stories is special steel structure frame system (composite columns and steel beams) with a composite concrete deck. The foundation system is of the mat type with concrete retaining walls.
Design review for mentioned tower has been accomplished by this company. .
